Shop together. Save together.
Discount Legion is group buying without the gimmicks. A business posts one pool price and one buyer count. Shoppers join the pool free — and the moment the count is reached, everyone pays the pool price. If the pool never fills, nobody pays a cent.
No tiers. No price ladders. One price, one count, that's it.
One offer, stated plainly
Every pool on Discount Legion shows the same three numbers — what it normally costs, what the pool pays, and how many buyers it takes. When the bar fills up, the deal is done and cards are charged. If it doesn't fill, the pool expires and every card stays untouched.
14 of 20 joined — 6 more and everyone pays $649.
Locked the moment it starts
A listing can be edited freely until the first buyer joins. After that, no part of it can be changed — not the price, the count, the deadline, the description, anything. The only way out is to delete the listing, and deleting a pool with buyers in it costs the business points. Terms can never change under the shoppers in a pool.
Real prices, verified
The normal price on every pool has to be a real price the business actually charges. The discount is genuine, or the pool doesn't run.
Unfilled means uncharged
If a pool misses its count, it simply ends. Every member is released and no card is ever charged. No partial deals, no surprises.

For shoppers
Find a pool, join free, and pay the pool price only if the count is reached. No membership, no fees for buyers — the price on the pool is the price you pay.
How it works for you
Three steps, and the rules never change halfway through.
Find a pool
Every pool shows the same three numbers — the normal price, the pool price, and how many buyers it takes. That's the whole offer: no tiers, no variable pricing, nothing to decode.
Join free
Joining costs nothing. You put a card on file so the pool can complete, but nothing is charged while the pool is filling — and you can leave any time before it fills.
The count is reached — you save
When the last buyer joins, the pool fills and your card is charged the pool price by the business. Miss the count by the deadline, and the pool ends with nobody charged.
Join free
Joining a pool costs nothing. You put a card on file so the pool can complete when it fills — but nothing is charged while the pool is filling, not even a hold.
Leave any time before it fills
Changed your mind? Leave the pool and the count simply drops back. You're only committed once the pool fills — after that, every member is locked in at the pool price.
Charged by the business, not by us
When a pool fills, your card is charged the pool price by the business itself, through its own Stripe account. The business is the seller — it receives your payment and handles fulfillment and refunds. Discount Legion never holds your money.
Deadlines you can see
Every pool shows its exact end date and the time left before you join — and under 24 hours, a live countdown. Watch any pool to follow its progress without joining.

For businessesFor businesses
Post a pool, let the crowd form, and get paid the moment it fills. You set both prices and the buyer count — the pool only runs on terms you'd accept.
How it works for you
Three steps, and the rules never change halfway through.
Post one simple offer
A real normal price, one lower pool price, and one buyer count. That's the whole offer — no tiers, no variable pricing, nothing to decode.
Shoppers join — the listing locks
Shoppers join free and the count climbs. You can edit the listing freely until the first buyer joins — after that it's locked completely, and changing anything means deleting it and re-listing.
The pool fills — you get paid
When the count is reached, every member's card is charged the pool price through your own Stripe account, and filled pools pay out at fill — not at the deadline. Miss the count, and the pool ends with nobody charged and no fee owed.
$0 to join, $0 to list
No setup fees, no listing fees, no monthly fees. Post as many pools as you like — products, services, or both.
Paid directly — we never hold your money
Payments run through your own Stripe account, with you as the seller. Buyer funds land with you, not with us — refunds and fulfillment stay in your hands, where they belong.
Products and services
Pools work for shipped products, pickup-only deals on big or heavy items, services customers come to you for — classes, rides, experiences — and services you take to the customer, like home cleaning.
You control the clock
Run a pool for 3, 5, 7, 14, or 30 days. Turn on auto-renew and an unfilled pool re-lists on the same terms automatically. Filled pools pay out at fill — not at the deadline.
Every fill earns a point — points earn placement
Each pool that fills earns your business +1 point. Your score is your ranking: the more points you have, the higher your pools sit at the top of the page in browsing and search — and the fewer you have, the lower you sink. Deleting a pool with buyers in it costs you points, so steady fills are what climb.
Start small, climb fast
Pools of 10–20 buyers fill quicker than big ones — and every fill banks a point. A few small pools filled fast build your score sooner, putting you at the top of search results while larger pools are still filling.

For shoppersPrivacy Policy
Effective October 21, 2026 · LUCIDOSE Labs LLC
This policy explains what Discount Legion collects when you use our app and this website, what we do with it, and the choices you have. We wrote it in plain language on purpose. If anything here is unclear, email us at hello@lucidoselabs.com and we'll explain.
What we collect
Account information
When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and account type (shopper or business). Businesses also provide their business name, address or service area, and the details of the pools they post.
Pool activity
We keep records of the pools you create, join, watch, or leave, and the status of each pool — filling, filled, expired, or cancelled — so the app can run pools correctly and show you accurate counts and history.
Payment information
Cards are processed by Stripe, our payment processor. When you add a card or connect a business payout account, that information goes to Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. We keep only limited references Stripe gives us — such as the card brand and last four digits — so the app can show you which card is on file.
Basic technical information
Like most apps and websites, we receive standard technical details from your device — such as device type, operating system, and app version — which we use to keep the service working and fix problems.
How we use it
- To run pools: tracking joins and counts, locking listings once a pool starts filling, and completing pools when the buyer count is reached.
- To process charges on fill: when a pool fills, the charge runs through the selling business's Stripe account. We coordinate that process; the business is the seller and the merchant of record.
- To send notifications: pool updates such as a pool filling, expiring, being cancelled, or re-listing, and important account messages. You can turn off pool notifications in the app.
- To keep the marketplace fair: verifying listed normal prices, applying the business listing and cancellation policy, and preventing abuse.
- To support you: answering questions and resolving problems with accounts, pools, and payments.
We do not use your information for advertising profiles, and we do not run third-party ad trackers in the app.
What we share
- The business you buy from receives what it needs to fulfill your purchase — for example your name and, for services or pickup deals, the details needed to schedule or hand over your purchase. Businesses are the sellers of their pools and handle fulfillment and refunds.
- Stripe processes all payments: shopper card charges and business payouts. Stripe's handling of payment data is covered by Stripe's own privacy policy.
- Service providers that help us operate (such as hosting and email delivery) receive only what they need to do their job.
- Legal requirements: we may disclose information if required by law, court order, or to protect the rights and safety of our users.
We never sell your personal data. Not to advertisers, not to data brokers, not to anyone.
How long we keep it
We keep account information and pool activity for as long as your account is active, so your pools, history, and receipts stay available to you. Records of completed pool transactions are kept as long as needed for accounting, tax, and payment-dispute purposes, as described on our account deletion page. Technical logs are kept for a short period and then deleted.
Your rights and choices
- Access and correction: you can view and update your profile information in the app at any time.
- Deletion: you can delete your account and associated personal data. See our Delete Account page for exactly how, and what limited records must be retained and why.
- Notifications: you can opt out of pool emails and push notifications in the app's settings; essential account and transaction messages may still be sent.
- Questions: for any privacy request, email hello@lucidoselabs.com from your account email address.
Children
Discount Legion is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy in a meaningful way, we will update the effective date above and notify account holders by email or in the app before the change takes effect.

Terms of Service
Effective October 21, 2026 · LUCIDOSE Labs LLC
Discount Legion is a group-buying marketplace operated by LUCIDOSE Labs LLC. By using the app or this website, you agree to these terms. They are written in plain language so the deal is the same on paper as it is in the app.
How pools work
- One offer. Every pool has one normal price, one pool price, and one buyer count, set by the business that posts it. There are no tiers and no variable pricing.
- Joining is free. Shoppers join a pool at no charge and keep a payment card on file. Nothing is charged while a pool is filling, and a shopper may leave a pool at any time before it fills.
- Charged only when the pool fills. When the buyer count is reached, the pool fills and each member's card is charged the pool price. A pool can fill before its deadline; the charge happens at fill, not at the deadline.
- The business is the seller. Charges are made by the business through its own Stripe account. Discount Legion never holds buyer funds. The business is responsible for fulfillment, delivery or service, and refunds.
- Unfilled pools charge nobody. If a pool reaches its deadline below the buyer count, it expires (or re-lists, if the business enabled auto-renew) and no card is charged.
- Filled pools are final. Once a pool fills and charges are made, membership in that pool cannot be undone. Refunds, exchanges, and service issues are handled by the selling business under its own policies and applicable law.
- Deadlines are shown up front. Every pool shows its exact end date and time remaining before you join.
Business Terms — Listing & Cancellation Policy
Discount Legion runs on a simple promise to shoppers: the terms you joined under are the terms you get. These rules keep that promise, and every business agrees to them by posting a pool.
Editing and locking
- A listing may be edited freely while it has zero members.
- The moment the first buyer joins, the listing is locked completely — no part of it (price, buyer count, deadline, description, or anything else) can be changed. To change anything after a join, the business must cancel and re-list.
- A pool that has filled cannot be edited or cancelled. A filled pool is a completed sale and a permanent record.
Cancelling a pool
- A business may cancel a pool while it is still filling. All members and watchers are notified immediately, every member is released, and no one is charged. Cancelling also switches off auto-renew for that listing.
- Cancelling is never silent, and members are never moved into a re-listed pool automatically — joining again is always the shopper's choice.
Standing and cancellation points
- Cancelling a pool with members records points against the business's standing, based on how full the pool was: under half full — 1 point; half to 79% full — 2 points; 80% full or more — 3 points.
- Points count on a rolling 180-day window. Each pool a business fills earns back 1 point (standing never goes below zero), and businesses can see their standing and history in their dashboard.
- A business's score also sets its placement in browsing and search: every filled pool earns +1 point toward the score, so businesses with more filled pools rank higher on the page, and businesses with lower scores rank lower.
- As points rise: 1–2 points is a private note. At 3–4 points the business is on notice and auto-renew is revoked. At 5 or more points, new pools are held for review before they go live. At 8 or more points, the business is suspended from creating pools.
- Cancellation points also lower a business's placement in discovery while they are on record, and recover as points expire or are earned back.
- Discount Legion may void points for events genuinely outside a business's control.
Fees
- There are no listing, setup, or monthly fees.
- Discount Legion charges a 10% platform fee on filled pools only, taken automatically when the pool's charges run through Stripe. If a pool doesn't fill, there is no fee.
- Standard card processing fees are charged separately by Stripe and come out of the business's proceeds.
Honest listings
- The normal price on a pool must be a genuine price the business actually charges for the same product or service.
- Businesses must be able to fulfill every pool they post at the stated count, price, and terms.
General
- Discount Legion may pause or remove listings, pools, or accounts that violate these terms or applicable law.
- We may update these terms; meaningful changes will be announced by email or in the app before they take effect.
- Questions about these terms: hello@lucidoselabs.com.

Delete your account
Discount Legion · LUCIDOSE Labs LLC
You can delete your Discount Legion account at any time, in the app or by email. Deletion is permanent — if you join pools again later, you'll start with a fresh account.
Delete in the app (fastest)
Open Discount Legion and go to Profile → Settings → Delete account. Confirm, and your deletion request is submitted immediately.
Or delete by email
Send a message to hello@lucidoselabs.com from the email address on your account with the subject "Delete my account." We verify the address matches the account before acting on the request.
We confirm when it's done
Deletion requests are completed within 30 days. We'll email you a confirmation once your account and personal data have been deleted.
What gets deleted
- Your profile — name, email address, and account details.
- Your saved payment method reference (your card itself is held by Stripe, and your saved card is removed).
- Your watch lists, pool notifications, and preferences.
- Your membership in any pool that is still filling — you are released, and you will not be charged.
What must be kept briefly, and why
Records of completed pool transactions — pools that filled and were charged — are retained after account deletion. These records are required by the selling business (for fulfillment and its own books), by the payment processor (for payment disputes and chargebacks), and by accounting and tax law. They contain only what the transaction requires, they are not used for marketing, and they are deleted when the retention requirement ends.
Active in a filled pool? A filled pool is a completed purchase from the business, so its transaction record is kept as described above — but your Discount Legion profile, saved card, and watch lists are still fully deleted.
Questions about deletion or your data: hello@lucidoselabs.com. See also our Privacy Policy.
